CANCELLATIONS: LATE ARRIVALS & WEATHER DELAYS:
A “15” minute late arrival notification to Ash-B prior to your scheduled appointment is required to reschedule your appointment and avoid a $25.00 return travel fee. Ash-B will reschedule all weather related cancellations.
PAYMENTS TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Ash-B Service Representatives will not accept payments. Ash-B does not offer roll over payments for missed appointments. We offer credit service appointments only.
Payments must be made through our online E-Bill
payment notification service in advance prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation and a $25.00 return travel fee.
(APPEARANCE MAINTENANCE} (13) WEEK SERVICE PLAN:
Quarterly Payments must be made through our online E-Bill payment notication service (3) days in advance prior to beginning of your service plan and for each quarter to avoid cancellation and a $50.00 reinstatement fee.
(Credit Service)(s) Will be applied to the original invoiced vehicle only. They will expire (5) days after the vehicle has been received by the customer that are mechanical related. Vacations and out of town travel requires notification to customer service once you return to schedule any unused credit service(s) to avoid losing them. (There are no roll over credit payments to other billing cycles). Service” payments must be current to receive credit service for missed appointments. Termination of service will “void” all unused credit service (s). There are “No Refunds”.
Ash-B assumes no responsibility for the following during our service:
A. Natural disaster acts.
B. Acts of vandalism by others.
C. Incidental Accidental damage.
D. Collision/Comprehensive (not at fault) damage.
E. Removal of over spray paint or abnormal elements.
F. Ash-B will not remove nor dismantle any child safety seat.
